Is it just me or should this be a secret unit item?

This is in Ancient 1 I believe.
In Ancient 1 there is a scroll on a dock on the blue side. I feel this scroll should be a secret unit item.

Maybe the missing scrolls could give us some mages? Fire Mage, Net Mage (which was shown in a dev clip), snow mage, etc.

I already found every single scroll, and nothing happens. But, there are people in ancient 2 that have scrolls, and it might make a secret unit. And, did you know also in ancient 2, there is the headsnakes of medusa.
