This bug mainly occurs after one side wins, but the "Delay game over screen" option is set at 5 seconds.

If you go back to the overlay in the middle of that window of time, the captions will pop up out of nowhere and it'll usually be stuck on that screen, unless you exit to the main menu and select a map again (Even then, it'll most likely happen again).

You can still set units and move around a bit, but you won't be able to do the following: Select other units or maps, start the battle again, or choose the editing options, as they are all obscured by the captions. I've verified the game files and restarted steam, but the issue did not go away.

SideNote: Another bug I ran into is that when you leave TABS from the main menu, the game will still be shown as running, but you can't play it (It'll give you an error if you try) unless you restart steam (Task manager won't display TABS). You can play other games on Steam, but TABS will not stop "running" regardless. It only happens with TABS specifically.
