Fixing no local voice chat or sound from other players

ON Windows 10, go to privacy -> Microphone -> allow apps to use your microphone -> restart steam. You can disable the rest of the apps in the list underneath if you don't want them using it.
For whatever reason this never affected me before but there must have been a windows update around the time of the last build launch.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Foxhole\War\Plugins\VivoxCoreUE4Plugin\Source\ThirdParty\VivoxCoreLibrary
And delete VivoxCoreLibrary
Then verify the integrity of the files through steam
And restart your computer"
