Imagine an entire clans of people like that who think they own the game, they own rules and they enforce you to do as they say.
So yes, it's pretty obvious.
When something comes up, it's typically on an individual level, and even then it's rather tame compared to most other MMOs (or online games in general) I played.
The vast majority of players, in regi or not, are helpful and friendly.
you can see other threads of senseless hate about the game which 90% off it is bs peddled by some man children who wanted to play minecraft and build junk in a vital point for the entire team and they refuse to understand the issue they caused for 1000 other players dont be like that and you will have fun
Just ignore them just as they ignore you, participate alongside clan who is active alongside randoms/pub players, dont afraid to ask questions on what should and shouldnt do, and just have fun trying to grab that W for your faction
I only have 380 hours so far, but aside from one or two of those weirdos, I have never had a bad interaction with anyone. Yesterday I was randomly invited to join an artillery group and they were very helpful and polite in teaching me how it all worked. I learned loading, aiming and firing, and later that day I coordinated/communicated distances and angles between the spotter and the rest of the crews.
That is to say that although I'm sure it happens, I've not yet seen clans who are hostile or a detriment to their own faction.
If you want to setup public oil/heavy oil/pcons/pipes you won't have a chance as clans will claim those and tk everyone & burn everything to the ground of players who try to build there and aren't in their clans.
public musps/cmats can be build of times without issues, unless you're building near a clan and they have plans for that ress field/mines.
if you just want to fight at the frontline, then you usually won't have issues with clans, same if you do logi.
Just let the big guys do what they do, and they won't even acknowledge your existence.
420/69 points. Great game!
