Third Person view only?

It isn't 3rd person, it is a top-down shooter

Isn't it third person when the camera is just above the head of the character and looking forward?

The game is only top-down.

You can zoom in, but you can't switch into a 3rd person camera
3rd person is behind the character and looking forward, yes, but the game doesn't do that.
Fortnite is 3rd person

No, it doesn't. It is the same camera position, just closer.

The cinematic camera (ctrl + scroll) is not for gameplay, as soon as you aim your weapon you will snap back to the isometric/top-down camera.

well u can do 3rd person view but for only walking, driving or gathering resources when it comes to shooting though it will automatically switch to top down view just like how u see in pubg and arma when you try to aim in 3rd person view it automatically switches to first person in those games
