Foxhole

Foxhole

Playing without Clan?
I've really want to get Foxhole, but I'm just worried it will be like all other Army/Sqaud/War games, where if you are not apart of a clan, you will not find active games or just be bullied.

eh i am a solo myself and honestly that has not happen at all but i am also a outgoing sort

solos are good for intel finding and doing things like public logi and helping with building and arty work, you be a asset in the trenches as well and find it easy to take part in pushes

the only thing ppl get picky about is tanks and boats

This is worse than most other such games.

Answer: join a squad.

Also its awfully balanced, go Colonials. They are designed to win (literally better in every way: map, weather, and weapons all favour Colonials).

Some one is salty. I prefer warden tanks and gear personally. Also good luck freezing to death Baby eater.

It's pretty hard for me to imagine what bullying might look like in this game. In my 14 hours of gameplay, the biggest problem for noclan player I've encountered is that it's hard to find an interesting fight to engage in.

Just posted a negative review after playing for nearly 620 hours that covers their abusive/corrupt reporting system that they have in game. Get on anyones bad side or make a mistake, and it could be bye bye ban like how I just was regardless of what actually happened. (if you are reported by enough people you are just banned, so naturally people in clans take advantage of this and just get peoples accounts suspended over the pettiest of petty crap) Good luck!

Playing alone is possible but I dont recommend it if you have job, kids, or anything else in life, because it will take half the day to set up in location you scouted, another day to get it up and running. That is if you dont have any people stealing your junk.

Making your own solo facility is very much possible but not recommended.

Playing as a foot soldier without a clan? They'll love you as they need as much cannon fodder in the front lines. Played alone for quite some time and there's always demand for solo players.

Playing artillery/tanker requires a bit more finesse and a massive amount of charisma before they let you sit in one with no problems.

Playing logi in my experience is a mixed bag. If you play it right, you can find a truck that's for free use and you can start your logi experience and you'll have people thanking you.

Or you have to inform people running logi at the moment before you take a truck or else you can end up with a bullet in your character's head.

Or lastly, you get accused of being an alt, shot at, and probably mass reported.

That's why when in doubt, tell logi chat if they need anyone ferrying supplies around and someone will almost definitely take you in for your logi run.

Being part of a clan/regiment gives no special in game bonuses. It's only a social tag. You can fly with a regiment tag, or without one, no problem. But, having a larger social circle does help to accomplish certain goals, and being part of a squad, or regiment, or coalition of regiments helps expand your social circle.

Long story short, you can operate just fine without being part of any clans. Once you learn the game, you will come to understand why players gravitate towards regiments to be able to coordinate efforts to accomplish large scale operations. Being part of a clan is an option, not a requirement, depending on the types of content you want access to, or control over.
