The game itself is the tutorial : by playing on the frontline you'll start to familarize with what is used and needed on a front. And again, the list of items you could bring is long, very long, and you probably don't want a 2h long totorial explaining every item that you could bring on the front. Followed by the 2h tutorial on crafting, and "what should you be stockpiling so you have it ready when you start to do logi".
The easiest way from where you are would be, find something that you'd like to do, and simply ask people, or watch some youtube tutorials on it. Anybody doing anything in this game will be glad to have help while giving advices.
