Anyone having stuttering problem in Linux?
I use Nobara 41 and Whenever I rotate the camera, the game would stutter a bit, but in some area like The Spine in Deadlands it got so much worse that my fps would dip when I do it and my mangohud's frametime graph would look like a seismograph.

I've tried 4 different protons: 7.0.6, hotfix, experimental, and GE Proton9-23 but that didn't change anything. Tried using "gamemoderun %command%", setting my gpu to high performance, even lowering all my graphic settings to the lowest and it still stutters.

I use AMD Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT GPU and 32GB of RAM so my spec should be more than enough, and in windows 11 the game runs perfectly smooth so I don't know if I missed a setting that I need to do or it's just the game still not ready for Linux. Any idea what could be causing it? Been trying to fix it for 3 days now :steamsad:

I use Nobara too, and no stuttering. Heck, I am on 40, and your rig outclasses mine...

Have you tried spawning in The Spine in Deadlands and hold '<' or '>' to rotate your camera for a while just for checking? The stutter is so bad for me there it would sometime tank my fps. Also are you on wayland or X11? Nobara 41 ditched X11 so I couldn't check if that would made any difference

Nope, I ended up going back to windowd because of some other problems. Linux is good but still not quite there yet for me
