Battle tanks have no prototype kit?

Battle tanks arent built in garages. They are built in facilites. Large Assembly Station with Heavy Tank Assembly upgrade. But unless you got a big clan forget about it. 1 single cullen predator MK III costs some 250k coal, 38k components, 90k scrap, 40k sulfur and 100k oil.
