Not the point. You've completely avoided engaging with the core issue by deflecting. Wardens don't have a stable enough population to meaningfully operate clan facilities. The Warden outlaw allowed the warden faction to still maintain competitiveness despite lack of large clan support. Specialist tanks are already a rarity on the warden faction side, And now the warden faction is being hamstrung yet again for the silliest reason.
I promise you this change is going to further demoralise warden loyalists. Also Colonials don't need more toys such as the "nemesis", If anything toys and equipment needs to be removed from colonials until populations return to acceptable ratios.
I do agree that Outlaws not being garage/MPF baseline is terrible, but as long as Silverhands still are, Wardens can still have a solid tank line. Outlaws shouldn't be the main-stay of Warden tank lines, but they do fill the critical roll of flankers/pokers/anti-structure.
But saying vehicles/equipment should be removed as a method to "correct" populations is an absolutely terrible thing! IF there is a population imbalance, it is up to the player base to correct it; devs stepping in and removing "toys" will only lead to increased accusations of bias and devolve the quality of the game.
