Why in God's name my refinery cannot output Petrol?

I'm having serious troubles with transporting liquids trough some very short pipes (3 to 5 segments).

Waterpump can't send water trough pipes to the refinery.
Refinery can't output Petrol.

The pipes are connected in a 5m to 8m distance and, no matter what i do with the Waterpump or the Refinery, their output just don't work.

If i connect a pipe trough an output, the pipe should get full immediatly, right ?

Order? The refinery is just set to produce, the structures are reserved to my squad. The refinery produces petrol which should go to the output pipeline, what is not happening.

Does it matter if the order is Public or Private?

For every 2 pipes you want 1 fuel silo, 3-5 pipes without a fuel silo will result in very little output, if possible talk to me on discord so I can help you out better :)

I'v e tried with one and two pipes, no effect... Perforatus said something about the order. Does it matter if Public or Private ?

I've set the orders to Public and now it's flowing trough the output pipes.

Any issues I have related to facilities, I put to public and it works even when I don't understand why is working. Pass that info to others brother.
