Game keeps stuttering every few minutes and freezing

I have an RTX 4060, 12th gen i7 and 32GB Corsair Vengeance Ram. So basically more than enough of a PC to be able to run this. However when playing this I have stutter and my game freezes for a brief few moments then goes back to 144fps. It happens at anytime and I noticed it will disconnect me to the main menu of the game sometimes.

Now I don't have such errors on other games that are more demanding like ARMA 3, Dead Island 2 and whatnot.

Is this a common game issue? It is very annoying.

honestly i don't think this game is optimized that well i have a 4070, and in large fights i drop to like 50-60 fps
