Tankette is just trash

It's literally slower than 2/3 running speed. It has zero defense, open top, so easily can you get killed in it. Like there's no point in even having it in the game. Why wouldn't I just run a push gun or literally any other vehicle or even a tripod setup lol. I don't have much in the way of suggestions as I usually try to come up with something to fix it. More speed would be a good start. The speed is a joke and feels horribly unrealistic. LIke I'm driving a tractor mowing the lawn or something. It's just silly and needs attention imo. Not to mention the wardens recon tank is like 100000 times better. I know it's not supposed to be an exact counter to it but my god the King spire is insanely good. Fast, manuverable, better gun mechanics, better settle on spread, wifi recon ability. Like it's just stupid the difference.

Also consider how you use it and the situation you use it in. Maybe is not the vehicle.

It has tank armor while armored cars are still being used, it’s half the price of the scout tank, can have a 30mm which adds a roof to the tankette, and can easily deal with most early game threats. The tankette is fine.

Tankers need to learn that tanks are not meant to be a the front line. You are meant to be at the back to support your infantry units. Tank combat alone is slow unless you have a full line of tanks that can push.

The main problem with the Tankette is that is used to be unlocked for about 12 hours then ATHTs would come out with 45m 68mm and delete them and there was no counter. This went on for years until the ATHT recently got pushed back in the tech tree.
