"Community growth" - i.e. new noobie targets that still haven't gone through puberty.
I feel like if the devs adopted the menu surfing controls that tokyo42 had for its console release foxhole would do fine. I played Tokyo42 on both console and PC and while I prefer the PC as it felt more intuitive, the console port did help me feel like I could do everything just a little slower. Not as smooth as on console, but fine. Console players wouldn't have access to everything at one click of a button so logi would be harder but for things like combat console players might even have an advantage in certain situations.
Lastly about chunkiness: I have a dirt bag laptop. It's not a gaming laptop or CAD laptop by any means, but I put all the foxhole settings to minimum specs and game works great. Of course REALLY high traffic areas/BATTLES get chunky so I try to function more on the peripherals, but that can happen to even beastly PCs.
