How to logi?
I recently returned to game after a break of a year or two. I used to play logi/builder exclusively to keep front lines stable.

The game has changed so much since then I genuinely don't know where to start.

See what people need in the map, go to a port/storage depot that have the stuff and bring to the front line. Or get a small ship and bring stuff from north ports to the south ports

I strongly recommend starting small. It isnt too tough to create a solo facility that is useful to the community. Otherwise the tried and true classic of delivering bmats, shirts, weapons and ammo has stayed the same.

If you want to create msups for everyone you can build a solo facility where you power your base with deisel and use the starting material factory to just create a massive ammount of msups. Everyone always needs it and a public spot to go do it is a good idea.

The "old logi" still exists: resources -> refinery -> factories/MPF
But they added facilities, or "new logi", which is complicated and takes dedication to learn.

The foxhole wiki does some decent basic explanation and there is also the foxholeplanner website. It is clunky, but it is a nice tool to design your facilities, before you start building, and it shows you the required build- and maintenance costs.

As Rebel Ben said: start SMALL. Build a facility that does ONE thing. You will run into obstacles, learn from them, and get a feel of the cost of maintaining a facility. As time goes on, you can try out new facilities, or try to expand in size a bit. But the number one issue people run into, is they underestimate how much effort it takes to build and maintain a medium (let alone large) facility complex.

EDIT:
Another major thing that has changed: there are no longer Bsups or Gsups, there is only Msups. And the maintenance cost is variable. Look at a map in game and you will see the sub-hexes: the parts of a hex that turns Blue/Green, depending on which factions owns the Town/Relic. Each such a sub-hex has their own maintenance modifier. Hover over the map and it shows you the modifier (Very Good, Very Bad, etc.) The more buildings in a sub-hex, the worse the maintenance. Everything, from trenches and bunkerpieces, to barbed wire and tripod weapons, add to the maintenance costs.
Msups are now placed in a maintenance tunnel and you can configure the settings of the maintenance tunnel: how far out it maintains structures, which type of structure it maintains, etc.
