There's a few things that you need to take into account, Gassed people won't leave a body behind, neither will people who get killed by explosions or finished by shots.
It's more likely that a person will leave a CWS if they do not give up, and enemy CWS also count.
Right now all factions reached the end of the technology trees meaning most of the technology is already out so you will see most fights around tanks. Getting a CWS at this time is more unlikely.
