I started playing at the 1.0 release, but many people say it's worse. I saw people talking today in world chat about the "logi union" having written a letter to the devs about how bad trains are, but people say tanks are harder to make now, etc, especially solo.
I have over 230 hours as a solo player, but I haven't ever tried to make a tank or a train so I can't say for sure (although I have done salvaging/lots of transport/refining/using reserved storage/etc), but considering all the materials and facilities involved, it sounds likely that this is EVE levels of stupid - especially since the war resets regularly and your whole faction loses everything and starts over. The level of effort (or more specifically, time) to do many things is too high.
Instead of ending it changed. I will mutter my last words before the "big 1.0 update". Planes not trains.
jolly good
Group logi got more difficult. High end vehicles now require base construction and a wide range of new materials.
Solo logi shouldn't be attempting group projects. There's no such thing as a solo tank, so don't put a solo effort into getting them. That's the path to burnout.
You can solo making logi products, ammo etc for public or group.
When it comes to group or larger logi imho, we need some form of updated Logi product tracker to show stock flow and inventories at Seaports, Docks, and so on.
Either what is needed where system, chat logi is not an excuse, but being able to flag 0 Item as required with an up vote added on the popup that people are needing them.
Would be nice to see some form of marketplace system to show in/out flow of each item by simply highlighting each storage building.
As a personal preference thought, i'd prefer to see a tool that does the above within the confines of your Team you have joined. Then as a group you can prep and see what is needed where instead of outside sources on say Discord just to get organised and get inventory flowing.
Having map icons be proper ones. A assembly location build by some team, you could then click and request resources. Better yet a barter system, where you can offer something in return for something made by them.
We need maps updating with Main Railway Lines showing, player made ones, small or large tracks. Added roads and all that stuff to update as you move around on a map or updated via radios etc etc.
ran scroop in 2 wars maxing out my queue's very quickly but maintaining the small rail, harvesters, mines, and pick-up/drop-off points took hours
simply getting petrol from one transfer station to fill another is 15min of click-wait
do it for 2 fields and set of mines and you'll spend a hour of click-wait
but 400 petrol will turn into 250,000 scrap in harvesters and 300 will make 405,000 at mines
maintenance, repairs, and decay rates are even worse, you loose 4 hours or a entire facility if you forget to run diesel to your tunnels, or if the pipes in your facility bug out
Foxhole could be soo much better, criticism is good for it

If you want to start building a factory - just forget it, you won't be able to solo, because she eats exorbitant gsups and other resources. For me personally, this is the only interesting thing in the game, but even in a week I could not set everything up properly.
A few days ago I filled 5 shipping containers for an iron ship transport from one seaport to another. It took an hour+ just to pack the containers, longer to transport them, exactly as you say, one/three item(s) at a time. I won't be doing that again any time soon.
