Siege Camp banned both of my accounts for no sense

I list my 2 accounts here, you may see me in game.

Let me tell you what happened.
Last month, before the 1.0 war. I used both accounts play as warden in the last war. (to play a tank by myself) Nothing happened now.

THEN, the 1.0 PTR server open, I mean the devbranch server where you can do anything by using magic box.

So, I use one account played as warden，one account played as coloni in Devbranch server . AND, I am sure that in Devbranch server, I avoid bothering other players and only played what I want to test with my teammates.

At last, before the 1.0 war started (may be 9.16), I find the account "pimba" can no more login for being suspended.

IT'S NOT OVER.
I felt confused. So I send ticket in "siegecamp.freshdesk.com/support/tickets" . I wanted to know why it happened.
Meanwhile, I keep playing the account "zimba" in the first 1.0 war. as coloni.

After waiting for 20 days (today), Siege camp sended me reply

It means I send a ticket to them by myself to let them ban my account again,? I reported myself？and be a free worker to help siege camp test 1.0 version?

I have play foxhole for 1.5k hours, also took part in their translation work.
I am sure that I have never did anything harm both factions from within.
In terminus, the scrop field at the south of victory point you can find my pubilc Cmat factory.
I couldn't understand how they determine both of my accounts should be banned.

I require Siege camp to recover both of my accounts.
Or siege camp won't do it and just want me to buy the game again?

They literally gave a reason for your ban, which you admitted too, so the ban was not for "no sense" lol.

Banned one of my accounts 1 month age while does't care about my another account, even need me to notice them by mytself. It seems just like they decide which account need to be banned by mood.

And to login in they ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ server, I have to bug a UDP Proxy service every month to play the game. 5 USD per month.

That you have to buy a UDP proxy is not the fault of the game i would say. and using an alt is bannable. so where exactly is siege at fault here?

There wasn't any actual war happening in the devbranch 1&2 server 1 month ago, right?
I also doesn't mean to gain any unfair advantage by using the alt.
So should they conduct their "rule" so strictly and in a casual way (especially when I require them to explain why banned my first account then they banned my remained account )

Why aren't I surprised at the toxic replies?

You paid $$ for two accounts and got banned for whatever reason rightly or wrongly I don't know. But it's unusual, what game bans you for buying two copies? Imagine what could happen if you had bought ten copies?

I think I have been friendly enough in the 1.0 war. the account "zimba" upgrade to Ocdt from Sgt in the new war in 2 weeks, I mined 200k resources for Coloni.
"zimba" is no more an alt since "pimba" is banned, but siege camp still did it, They only judged by the connection information when I was playing the devbranch server.

The problem was that he used his other account to fight on the opposite team, which is against the rules. Why his other account is banned is a mystery to everybody except the devs and the OP.
