Add DirectX 10 & 9 Support (Petition)

-who want to play the game but can't due to DirectX 11 requirement
-who stopped playing due to DirectX 11 update

Forgive me for my ignorance, but can't most game-capable PCs run DX11 games? So many games (including indie games) run on DX11+ that it seems pretty much standard these days.

I have a vague memory of DirectX 10 being only in Windows 10 to force people to move from Windows 7 to Windows 10 back in the days (Don't quote me on this, I'm trying to remember a youtube comment from a video I watched years ago). It could be the same thing here if the OP has either old specs or an outdated Windows OS.

dx 12 is wins 10 only as well as series 10 cards only and above.
dx 9 and 11 are old with 11 being phased out now as the main platform.

Won't happen. This is a limitation of the EU4 implementation they chose to use. They'd have to back port to an older version and redo everything. Considering they don't give a ♥♥♥♥ at all about major glaring issues with the game as it is, the chances of this happening are worse than you hitting the powerball.
