Can't deploy from home region (FIXED)

I'm standing in the deployment zone and get the prompt to press E to open the map. It opens the map but does not show any points to deploy to. I have rologged and checked the integrity of the game files
Pls help

Yeah I've been getting that bug too, you literally need to just wait it out and after random amount of time it starts working again, it's weird
