Is there a way to demolish the bunker base?

It caused the ground to deteriorate in the area where I set up the bunker base and the character gets stuck on the ground when exiting the ramp. Since I'm building next to the facility, it's a small base yet and I want to destroy it and rebuild it before expanding it.

Base tiles have an instant delete for the tile owner, which lasts a few hours after building.
Base structures will decay slowly after all their supplies are depleted.
The rest is mammons, satchels, mgs and lots of friendly fire lockouts.

I think there is a new system to downvote something hard enough, so it no longer trips friendly fire.
