I think we have 11 oil wells that produce 1980 oil barrels per day.
7920 oil barrels in the 4 days (irl) this war has been going for..
That's 2640 petrol we should have compared to the 9900+ we have in oil wells alone.
Is the 960 seconds ingame time or something? The wiki made it seem like irl time. Makes more sense because there is no way to see ingame time except for the days?

The 900 petrol that you saw are surely the 900L that the mine has to work with, so 900L is equal to 9 cans of PETROL.
The cans you can collect are CRUDE OIL, barrels.
