Levels/Ranking up?

Is that a thing? Does it do anything if it is

There are levels but it doesnt really do anything atm. Also there are ranks that are seperate from levels, which show at the right side of your name. The only thing ranks do though, is enable you to make map markers (Lcpl), and make regiments (SSgt). Other than that, ranks are just a cosmetic on your name.

When you see higher ranks, it's generally a good indicator of a very experience player, i.e. Maj Gen+, as purely getting the amount of commends required takes a very long time. Other than that, ranks are pretty cosmetic.

If you press F1 in game it’ll show you your rank as well as communication. I remember being able to use map posts as a Corporal, so maybe your communication is bad, which wouldn’t allow you to make map posts.

I know that getting upvotes on map posts keeps your communications in the “good”. World, logistics, and intel chats can also be upvoted, so if what you’re saying is helpful, and people upvote you, then your comms will go up.

Building sign posts probably would be the easiest, as they are right in players faces, just make sure what’s on them is helpful and hasn’t already been said yet.

i have checked whats up yesterday.... and i can post map markers :) it was one of my goal to achive it :D and communications are good, even i don't put signs or anything like that
