Tow trucks and other suggestions
Vehicle suggestions:

Tow truck (variants on the standard truck for both sides, Vardens get another halftrack version based on the Landrunner:
Can tow other wheeled vehicles (Trucks, armored cars, buses etc). Useful for collecting all those out of fuel or damages vehicles that litter the gameworld.

Tugboat: Same function as Towtruck but for water vehicles.

The ability for all trucks to tow field guns. This would give field pieces more flexability and allows logistics to haul more stuff to the frontlines

Mobile generator: A small 2 wheeled wagon with a generator on it. Can be towed by and turck. When deployed it gives the same bonus as bunker engine-rooms but to Pillboxes. Needs fuel to operate.

One of the main problems with fuel logistics is that tanker trucks are the only way currently to transport and store large amounts of fuel. So here is some suggestions to remedy that.

Tanker ship: Tanker version of the Frieghter with 4 inventory slots for fuel. other vehicles can refuel from it.

Fuel cistern: Stationary structure found at Seaports and Storage Depots for storing large amounts of fuel. Has 6 inventory slots for fuel. Vehicles can refuel from it.

Fuel tank shippable: A fuel tank that has 2 inventory slots for fuel and can be transported on a Flatbed truck. Vehicles can refuel from it when unpacked.

Tank recovery vehicle: An unarmend version of each faction's light tank with towing eqipment. Can tow all types of land vehicles.

Infanry assault craft (differnt for both factions): Similar to the American "Higgins-boats" of WW2. A fast infantry landing craft that can carry 10 soldiers (+ a driver and a gunner that has a 12,7mm machine gun) for beach landings. Has a ramp at the front like the Barge .

Flamethrower tank: A variant on the light tank with a flamethrower instead of the 40mm gun. the flamethrower uses fuel-cans as ammonution. Used to suppress defensive structures and clear out trenches.

Infantry weapons:

Portable flamethrower: Useful for suppressing bunkers and clearing out trenches. Very heavy, uses fuel-cans as ammonution. Has a chance to explode if the player carrying it is killed.

The wardens actually have a landing craft, don’t believe the collies have one though, carry’s 6 on the deck, then a spot for a driver and the passenger.

Personally I’d like a handheld winch or something to carry in your inventory that can get vehicles unstuck, maybe you could attach it to other vehicles, so another vehicle wouldn’t need to be made.

Both factions have landing APCs (amphibious infantry transports) but thy are slow, both on land and in water.

My idea is a purely water-craft (buildable at shipyard).

Well the devs hinted that the next major update will be focused on naval stuff, so maybe we’ll see something like that.

I would love if all field guns were towable by the standard trucks, it is realistic and would simplify logistics a bit without making it too easy.
On one hand now a field gun te can carry their ammo, gun and people with just one truck. On the other partisans can now steal field artillery and possibly shell enemy lines from behind.

Speaking of more naval stuff, I made this in the game Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts (a game that allows you to bouild your own battleships).

The 300 mm, 180 mm and 130 mm guns will work like artillery while the 50 mm guns will work like direct-firing tank guns

I feel like that would have to be an entirely different game to make battleships and cruisers work, which would be cool tbh. That or they could just make a naval map, I think battleships like that are a little too big for the current setup.

True, they would also have to disconnect many of the island regions from the mainland road network to have ships larger then the small gunboats that are currently in the game because of bridges limiting the size of ships.
