TRaveling between regions

Stupid question here. How do I travel from region to region? I was in a vehicle on a road that went to the edge of the region and I could not go any further. How do I get to the next region over? I saw other players disappearing, so they were able to get across. Is there a button I need to enter to travel?

You just travel to the border till you hit the fog. Sounds like you did everything right

If the region yu're going to is full, you'll be put into a queue to wait. Other than that you just have to wait 5 seconds them you teleport.
