Report a translation problem
Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to prevent that
If you're EVER suspicious of someone, I can't tell you the amount of times I've actually been right and caught a cheater (with mod help ofc), but if you're suspicious and it's obvious to you that someone is doing something that's 'just not right', they are ignoring you and your teammates, and seem intent on their 'mission', it never hurts to report suspicious behaviour to a mod - who has the tools to corroborate your story.
Just be aware, it's usually better if you're correct in your assumptions, if you can be at least somewhat sure of possible cheating before you go reporting left, right and centre ;)
