Those are community servers that we host for special events and training sessions. To get into one, you usually need to be a part of the clan that is hosting the event, but not always.

how do a clan apply to use the server for a training session?

You can apply to any clan on the public discord at: http://www.discord.gg/foxhole

in the #clan-recruitment channel, there's a whole bunch to choose from!

Clans apply for servers by asking KrazyFlyinChicken (Replied above, also the Community Manager.) for a server during a specific time frame with a clearly defined use in mind. Examples of use cases where that server request has been granted are usually large clans planning a training course, or huge community projects planning things like annual festivals or Competitive Leagues.
