You are doing it wrong :P
Hold middle mouse button while moving your mouse, it's way faster and way smoother.
It sounds like a petty thing, but I legitimately couldn't stand playing it while noticing that camera snap all the time back then. And I came back to the game now to find that it's still a thing that happens constantly. There have been so many awesome updates with content that I want to try out, but I just can't bear myself to play when turning feels so janky.
Maybe I'm the only one who's this bothered with it, or maybe you're missing out on many other players who feel just like me but don't voice their opinion on it. I don't know. But I know that a quick lerp would definitely make it feel more smooth and polished.
