I hope it is a feature, not a bug.
That the developers intend for us to have to squint to tell the sides apart.
I would personally like to get the first person view that the developers spent so many resources to develop, then censored us from seeing. They put a LOT of detail in the models that are either really hard or even impossible to distinguish at the distance we see them.
If the overhead view must persist, I would like to see aircraft warning markers on the roofs of buildings and vehicles, letting us in our drone view see who owns what clearly.
Me, I'd suggest making the banner shapes different, triangular for one faction, rectangular for the other.
Or change the emblems, circle for one, square for the other.
exactly
Just do all of this.... Red/Green,Triangular/rectangular,circle/square.. plz
Red/Green is not a good choice for about six percent of males, who are color blind to those hues.
That works out to about seven million American guys. Quite a sizeable chunk of the gaming demographic.
But then you just look at the shape, Triangl or Rectangular. If that fails, hopefully people can make out if its a Circle or Square. Like I said, Plz do all three. No need to exclude anyone.
FLAGS NEED A MAJOR OVERHAUL
let's get the Heraldry less ambiguous
A triangle vs rectangle shape for the flags would be easiest, but even just having the images show up larger on the flag would help a lot.
