Tank Commander
What does he actually do?
Can he see further than the driver/gunner?

The tank commander can use his secondary

If he has binoculars equipped he can use them to see other tanks or threats in the distance
He can also equip a pistol to shoot at enemies

Can you switch seats while in the tank or not

you currently cant switch seats from inside any vehicle
