How to stop ears getting raped till they bleed?

The ingame voice chat is raping my ears and none of the sound options seem to turn it down. pls halp

press f1 to open up the player list, from there you can disable their voice with the loudspeaker button.

what i do is turn the in game SFX volume way up, and then use windows volume mixer to turn down foxhole entirely, so it's a bit less ear bleeding.
