So about material in storage...
I understand everything in the game already, how to make things, how to scavange and refine, build a truck, get fuel, go make things, shell some fools, make ammo for that outpost over there, make guns, etc. You get the idea, I know about the behind the lines/scene type of logitisics, it's pretty straight forward, although grindy without a truck.

Now what I don't understand is, how do I get "materials in storage?" Lets say I want to buy something out of an outpost, how do I get more of those materials? Is it a Planetside 2 type of system that I just get resources over time, or how do I transfer the materials in my inventory into the sort of "bank" that the outposts and spawn menu uses?

Or am I just dumb?

You mean that you are limited in how much you can take out of an outpost?

Outposts and barrackses can be claimed by coalitions. When an outpost is claimed, players cannot take materials out of this building (but you can put them inside).

Your outtake in weapons is limited, you may take:
1 weapon, 2 ammo, 2 items per life.
Once you have died, you can take another weapon out of it again.

What I personally always do when I create weapons, is place them inside town halls, town halls also have limited availbility to how much you can take from it. While this limits yourself as well, it makes sure a single player does not take out 20 ammo for himself.

We implemented the "Requisition" system to allow players to share items in public places without having the majority of them taken away by a single player. We aren't huge fans of the system in it's current form and this is something we'd like to improve in the future.

That's what I mean, like when you die you spend some of this "requisition" to spawn at a specific place, how do I get more of this resource?

Ah like that, spawn supplies.
Spawn supplies can be crafted inside one of the buildings. When you open the map it kinda looks like blankets. You can craft 5 spawn supplies for 40 materials.
