Outposts and barrackses can be claimed by coalitions. When an outpost is claimed, players cannot take materials out of this building (but you can put them inside).
Your outtake in weapons is limited, you may take:
1 weapon, 2 ammo, 2 items per life.
Once you have died, you can take another weapon out of it again.
What I personally always do when I create weapons, is place them inside town halls, town halls also have limited availbility to how much you can take from it. While this limits yourself as well, it makes sure a single player does not take out 20 ammo for himself.
We implemented the "Requisition" system to allow players to share items in public places without having the majority of them taken away by a single player. We aren't huge fans of the system in it's current form and this is something we'd like to improve in the future.
That's what I mean, like when you die you spend some of this "requisition" to spawn at a specific place, how do I get more of this resource?
Spawn supplies can be crafted inside one of the buildings. When you open the map it kinda looks like blankets. You can craft 5 spawn supplies for 40 materials.
