Can't talk to anyone on Day 7

I was playing through normally with no problems until now, but after speaking to Stakh in his bed then going down to the cemetery, I can't talk to Grace. She glows as if she has a conversation for me, but I can't talk to her. Same thing goes for Oyun in the old village. Glowing, no prompt to talk.

I did run into an NPC who told me the Kin would no longer speak to me in the streets. Is it maybe related to this? Like, a flag set incorrectly somewhere and now I can't talk to anyone?

Update: restarting fixed it.
