Azerty keyboard : can't bind forward to Z

From what I have seen, this is a common issue. The Z key can't be remapped, and ZQSD = WASD for azerty users, which kinda makes the game unplayable for us. Hopefully something is being work out. Is there a fix in the meantime ?

Edit the ExternalGameActionSettings.xml file in: Users\*****\AppData\LocalLow\Ice-Pick Lodge\Pathologic 2\Settings to change keybinds for now.
