arguably, since children will never not trade with you, you really just need to find all the children hotspots, and trade for the food, and just use the above stores for everything else.
heck, the children are way better for trading anyways, since the adults usually have niche goods, never the daily necessities.
there is the town fund, but since completing the objectives for it also raise rep, i imagine that would be counterintuitive.
