Need help on day7/8 quest concerning Big Vlad (Spoilers)

So I'm wondering if it is possible to save both Big Vlad and Younger Vlad in the quest. So far in my game I decided to not intervene and they both got brought to the place, and I tried to find a way to peacefully resolve it (which I read somewhere you can, but I just can't figure it out), but even when I kill all the Worms, they both still die. I think I read you're supposed to enter the Abattoir or something, but I have no idea about that either, or if im supposed to be able to right now.

theres another thread on this, but basically there seems to be a way to talk to fat vlad, then clara, then vlad again, and theres a dream somewhere in this mix

There is a way to save both.
There is a way to resolve the Termitary situation peacefully.
The two are not connected.

If I remebmer correctly to save both Vlads you need:
1. Speak with Big Vlad first
2. Then with Clara near the building exit
3. Return to Big Vlad and speak again

To resolve the termitary peacefully, you talk to the dude, he tells you you need to fight the worms, then you just leave. You have to do this before going to the abattoir or it bugs out and the peaceful solution doesn't trigger.

On day 9 you go to the abattoir and have a dream/vision conversation with your father (among other things). After that, you can resolve the termitary peacefully by talking with the worms you were gonna fight.
