At least half have 2 bullets, and some have 2 bullets and a painkiller for 12, thats the perfect trade. There's so many leather cappers, you get afford to be picky. Even a bullet and a toast for 9 is a great trade for 200 coins.
What about infected organs?
I never tried so sell them so I don't know their value, do you know? I do know that the antibiotics made from infected organs are worth LESS than painkillers made from healthy organs. To make selling them worthwhile they'd have to sell for more than the 8-10 trade value it costs to buy antibiotics.
The real value of infected organs is that they can be turned into antibiotics of any color. I found that I was always immediately using them to fill gaps in my antibiotics stock. So I'm not sure you want to sell infected organs or their derived products.
Oef good but tough question. I think the individual value the items you get from a package (bought for 8) is between 6 and 10, with values typically being above 8. So typically it is a profit. Should you buy it though? The real value is that it turns kid trade goods into other kid trade goods (and some food). So its good if you want to diversify that 20 stack of (i.e.) needles, but not worth spending your last 4 needles on.
