How much is this game gonna cost. I was about to purchase another game but had to remember about this one because I've only got $20 on my account.

Play as the USA and do nothing. But seriously, does the difficulty actually change the AI or just the objectives? Because it seems that the AI is able to be everywhere at all times and does things instantly on any difficulty. There is no way I can compete when I can't even keep up with what the AI does....

When I start the game, it appears one of the other monitors and not my primary..., why?
