Help, Disappearing Route Destinations?

Fellow Trainiacs,

I am playing Railway Empire 1, Campaign 3: Over the Mississippi. I have already finished the campaign once, but want a better score, so I am replaying it.

Anyone have any thoughts on the following?

Issue: When deleting track and re-laying new track between a Commodity Dept or Warehouse and / or deleting and replacing the Commodity Dept Station / Warehouse, user is unable able to set up routes between the Commodity Depot and the Warehouse, the green selection circle does not appear as a valid destination and vice-versa.

Issue Recreation Steps:
Step 1: Build Warehouse near a city
Step 2: Build a Warehouse or Train Station near a commodity e.g. Corn, Wheat, etc.
Step 3: Build Track and signals between the Station and Warehouse or between the two Warehouses.
Step 4: Set up a Route and Run Trains, normally at this point
Step 5: Make track / station changes, e.g. decide to re-route the track between the commodity depot and the warehouse or delete and replace station/warehouse near the commodity to a different Warehouse / Station.
Step 6: Lay Track and Signals
Step 7: Validate signals are correct.
Step 8: Attempt to set up a new Route, the green selection circle for the destination warehouse will no longer an available choice and vice-versa.

Note 1: I am running 1.14.2 of the game on Windows 10, with the latest patches.

PD Step 1: Turned it off and on again i.e. I deleted an re-installed the game.
PD Step 2: Restarted the campaign again.

Have not tried recreating in in Sandbox or Free mode.

Anyone else seeing or have seen this issue?
