Tickety-Boo Achievement

I'm going through and getting every achievement in RE. I'm stuck on Tickety-Boo in the Great Britain/Ireland DLC. The Achievement reads:

"Unlock the first locomotive engine of the Great Britain and Ireland region."

This seams very straight forward and I have unlocked every locomotive in the region and yet the achievement will not pop. Let me know if I'm missing something.

I'm not positive, but I want to say you needed to do this one in the earliest era to get the "first" engine. IIRC doing it in later year spans didn't count for the "first" one.

I'll have to go back and try it again, but I believe I have unlocked all the first engines on:
1. 1830-1850 Scenario
2. 1830-1850 Freemode
3. 1830-1930 Freemode
Ha, maybe it will work if I try a later dated freemode

Just figured it out, if you unlock the Iron Duke locomotive in the 1850-1870 freemode it gives you the achievement, neato bajeeto

On the 1830-50 free mode I got it with unlocking Derwent.
