Seriously who designed this scenario? You expand to Kansai and have the AI blocking everything over there, and so I lose a lot of satisfaction due to increased travel time.

Lowest price tickets, hotels in every city, conductors, the highest rated passenger trains, tracks straight as much as possible because of the AI blocking everything, and only managed to get to 126% average maximum in the region.

And worst of all even with multiple routes with 125%+ satisfaction on the whole map I still did not manage to pop up the Bowing at 45 degree Achievement. So much for a "fixed" achievement.

I attained this achievement without any trouble.

Did you use the dining car and caboose on each passenger service? They provide extra satisfaction to passengers and bonuses to the personnel.

It also helps to assign conductors who have the suitcase symbol and to match them with other personnel who provide them with personality based bonuses.

I reloaded the save and completely redid the lines, and was much more careful with personnel assignment on the Kansai lines. Managed to get this without issues this time, and complete the mission.

The achievement was trickier as it did not pop up even after completing the scenario, while consistently meeting the criteria for the achievement. As someone else stated on a different thread, this achievement ended up popping up on a second playthrough on the second scenario, saving once I had enough lines, and reloading. As far as I am concerned this is the only sure way to get this achievement lol.
