Average Popularity 140% from Japan DLC
Can anyone provide the tip on how to get Average Popularity 140% from Japan DLC? About 110k population on both cities and set the lowest ticket price, but stuck at 120% popularity. Thank you.

Haven't played Japan, so no direct knowledge about the new mechanic, but have you tried adding Attractions and/or Museums?

same here, no chance to improve popularity up to 130%

Build hotels in the towns, staff pasenger trains with conductors, add caboose and restaurant cars to the passenger trains, use most comfortable locos.
Everything increases comfort helps to increase satisfaction.
