Choose UI Language

Can I switch the language manually? I am using Traditional Chinees(ZH-HK). English interface will show normally. However, I do not want to pick up a dictionary to play a game. I want to set it to Simplified Chinese.
Now, 2 Chinese in use(ZH). One is Traditional(ZH-TW, ZH-HK); another is Simplified(ZH-CN). Traditional Chinese can be converted to Simplified Chinese. Simplified Chinese can be also converted to Traditional Chinese with some manually fixing

Hi hoho1986,
you surely can.
Simply switch the language before starting the game in Steam.
To do so:

• Right-click on Railway Empire in your Steam-library
  
• Switch the tap in the newly opened pop-up menu to "language"
  
• In this tap select from the dropdown the language you prefer.
  
• Restart Steam
  
• Your game will update on its own to get the localization files. But this should only take a few minutes
