Remind me of the others and I'll add a section to my Basic Game Mechanics guide at:

I use AutoHotkey. I put up a sample script in a "DIY Hotkeys" thread at:
http://steamcommunity.com/app/503940/discussions/0/2860219962089755265/
It's pretty easy to use and really helps make the game more playable. The script includes keys for the four buttons on the right screen controls, including the $ button mentioned above. I think in the script it is assigned to "c" so you might want to move it, although it still works.
The amount of distance I have to cover with my mouse it ridiculous. Tbh, its pathetic that an AAA game devs didn't pick on this during beta.
It's beyond simple to code and makes a massive difference. As to why they haven't bothered? Makes ZERO sense. Do they even test the game?
Actually, for me the adjustment of track is the main time use. Doc Savage called it "hunt the pixel." Some builds will actually work when done individually and not as part of a whole. Maybe a minor bug enforcing track curve radius minimum? When I get time will try to save some of these builds to savegame so the devs can repeat and fix.
Even like a double click to confirm, anything other than... here we go to the top right corner and back a again!
Seriously, try the AutoHotkey stuff. It really isn't hard to do and lets you have a fairly functional (not perfect) hotkey for track building completion etc.
I want the space bar mappable for any situation that says "yes". Not the Enter Key. I don't like having to use the Delete Key either TBH.
I've used AHK in the past. Have a programmable keyboard... As work arounds they're OK, but honestly it's 2018. Why are we even having to have a discussion about this sort of thing..? It's not like it nobody knows about UI design, frustration and playability in a computing environment.
The UI is the Devs connection to the gamers soul.
All this one says is "don't touch me".
Which I can almost understand not knowing where y'all's hands have been... ?B)
Cheers..!
