What counts as Food for a Refrigeration Car?

Ok! another silly question that I can't find an answer to elsewhere.

The Refrigeration Car says 'Freight Revenue for Food +20%'. But what counts as food?

I'm assuming Meat; Milk. probably vegetables. But not sure about
Sugar? (Sugar is a preservative and doesn't usually need freezing)
Cattle? (Frozen Cows are worth more perhaps?)
Grain? (Never heard of grain or flour needing freezing)
Corn? (Again not sure, although I do but frozen sweetcorn)
Fruit? (Again not sure. I know you can buy frozen fruit, but generally it goes mushy if frozen which reduces its value).

Is everything remotely edible included as a sort of generic game concept or is there some sense to it?

There is a list in the tips guide section within the game. It's labeled under economy if I recall correctly.

Thanks! I did look at that but didn't make the connection between what counts as a Foodstuff for share purposes and what counts a Food for the refrigeration bonus. But I suppose one can assume they are one and the same.

So, no frozen cows then

No, but - at least on some era , possibly all - there is an extra railcar tech for the transportation of live animals (I think - is it all a dream?)
