Report a translation problem
2. Click "Set up a Rail Line", next to the little rubber stamp icon.
3. This will display it's current route, hover over the place where it's supposed to be picking up clothing (if I remember, it should be Baltimore if you're doing the campaign).
4. When you hover over it, you will see a little notepad with a pencil over it, click that.
5. This will open a new window. In the middle you will see it says "Priority", click on Clothing until it shows a little green Up Arrow.
6. The train will now prioritize picking up clothing before other things, it should carry this up to NY, assuming you have the route setup properly.
