So did you have the chance to play the game on your own?
You can do so, but as the Beta is under NDA, please head to the exclusive Beta Steam Community Hub to share your experiences.
Additionally check quill18's first Railway Empire gameplay video, released this week:

-cheers
As a Developer I'd except you would know how to copy and paste
Play it? ... Really? trying this game just for the Beta is not worth $50.
Maybe research the railroad tycoon series.
Just incase your copy and paste is broken:

I can't comment on the game features (NDA) but, as someone who has the game in beta, I think that you will have a pleasant surprise when it releases.
Is it made for mobile? Why dodge the question?
May as well say "It looks like a llama. Why are the devs selling animals over the internet!!!!!OMGZORZ!!!triggered"
Both assertions hold the same amount of water.
For example, how does the game look like it is a mobile game? Be specific.
