Medal of Valor achievement?

Is the Medal of Valor achievement only doable in Career Mode? I have 5 straight clean duties in a row in free mode and I still don't have the award.

I can confirm its not working when you play in freemode, I've only been playing freemode and I've had multiple straight clean duties and some with -2 in between, and I'm unable to get this achievement.

I played only in the career mod with the last city (Washington with more 1500 rep now), did many clean duties, got the achivement "Advanced Certification" unlocked but no Medal of Valor yet ... :/

I confirm it can be unlocked in free mode. Can take a moment/more than 3 duties to have it as I have experienced.

This could depend on the game difficulty that you are playing. Try other difficulty levels.

It's not working on Hard mode then. I'll try normal.

Achievement didn't unlock for me on any difficulty.

Achievement says no more than -3. now I assume this means that a -3 will still allow you to get the medal but a -4 won't for example correct? I've done 4 duties with nothing more than -3 and no progress, not even the bar moving. In freemode that is.

Have you tried it on the 'Normal' difficulty?
