Loading screen message suppressed

One of the things I've heard is that the game taunts you by displaying your mistakes or infor about the situation in loading screens. However I've gotten almost to the end now and all i see is information about the guns. The damn disclaimer about the laser sight of the p90 or sth keeps supressing the actually worthwhile loading screen texts.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is it because this is a Steam version or EU version?

Yet another simple part Yaeger couldn't get right even though it is so "important" to the experience they want to sell to their audience. I felt it was random and you are being "unlucky". :)

Yeah that was a problem. It also cummulated with the fact that the really heavy stuff only happens at the very end.

My least favorite laoding screen quote is "a dying enemy won't drop his gun until he is dead" I'm trying to beat the game on FUBAR and it tells me the most pointless of tooltips EVERY SINGLE TIME I DIED. That was a worse slap in the face than a few of the moral choices and other things.
