How to start up in windowed mode?
When i start the game up i get: Input not support, so i need to adjust the resolution outside of the game but i have no idea how to do that

Put this in your steam game library, click right on the game, then launch option :

-windowed or -sw

Start the game and change the resolution, then quit and remove those lines...

right click on game, click properties then click set launch options, add -windowed like Micklead says above, however mine only works in Windowed, once I removed windowed the game still does not work even though it is set to the same resolution

so are the black lines above and under not normal in your screen?
